One week in and I'm holding onto my New Years Resolution of 100 days of Burpees...increasing by 1 everyday...
Right here, in my living room, I did today's eight.
It's not too late to join me! There are no excuses!

  1. You've got me wanting to get back into my 100 pullup plan...I stopped because it was leaving my right shoulder misaligned and hurting, but maybe I have enough strength/stability in it to make some more progress.
